Halin manages Kathy’s marketing. Her goal is to attain the highest level of visibility possible for each property Kathy lists. Timely, creative and well-placed advertising ensure that the marketing plan she develops is successful. The internet, newspapers, and local magazines are all integral components of Kathy’s marketing strategy. Halin writes the fact sheets for new listings, coordinates the placement of printed ads, supervises the production of virtual tours, creates deliverables such as “Just Listed” postcards, oversees direct-mail campaigns, organizes Broker’s Tours, and schedules and promotes open houses. She will keep you informed via a weekly updated on the marketing of your property and its results. This update will include metrics on internet inquiries, comments made by other agents and prospective buyers that toured your home, disclosure packages pulled by agents with interested buyers, feedback on your open houses, and summary of printed ads. Halin’s efforts will ensure your home is well promoted and receives its maximum exposure to prospective buyers. She is organized and efficient, and welcomes interaction with Kathy’s clients.
